To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your return request here.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item is securely packaged.
Please keep proof of shipment and tracking information for your records.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock at the time of processing, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s value.
Final Sale Items: Handbags purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Policy
Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Items that have been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or not in resalable condition will not be accepted.
